The Beginning~

I guess all I wanted was to keep something about my braces and this decision of mine as a journal...

Well, mom has always been bugging me to put on braces since my schooling days but being PAM; i chose not to. Especially when one of my cousin (8 years younger den me) went for braces, relatives started to nag me about it all over again, i don't even give a damn for years...

But after soooo long, now 25 (coming 26 years old) i finally decided to visit the dentist on personal account whom i got referred by mom to Aaron CTP Dental Surgery located in CBD area.

14 May 2010 - First visit to Aaron CTP and met Dr Tsao.. well, he mentioned that my teeth alignment is really bad and even pointed out that i have wisdom tooth but it is not giving any problem yet and his recommendation was to rinse with salt water every night before i go to bed.. (not quite doing it actually). And due to my bad teeth alignment, i would need to visit a specialist instead...

22 May 2010 - Visit the specialist (Dr Lim) at Mount Elizabeth; a place that i least expected to show up at.. since appointment had been made, i am already going for it, so no hesitation. Dr Lim was really nice i guess.. he asked who referred me over, check my teeth alignment; explained to me how many teeth i need to extract before he can put the braces on... and i was asked to go for Xray (I have 4 wisdom tooths actually), had my teeth imprints, took pictures of my before braces set of teeth.. and finally to book another appointment once i got my extraction done.

If nothing goes wrong, Pam will be having braces on from June onwards and very likely to be a 24 months thingo.
